Inspired by our trips to Europe and the wonderful array of desserts available on display - this is the first in the series titled "Sweet dreams (II)"

Each piece is based off reference photos I took on vacation and a reminder of their decadence, vibrant colors and a shout out to their elegance.

I have tried to captured the simplicity yet abundance of texture, color and rich exuberance in this series of oil paintings on canvas - set against a simple, pure titanium white background it renders much 'POP' and puts the subject in the spotlight.

These subjects are versatile and can bring practically any room to life - looks best in dining areas, nurseries and hallways or galleries.

Sometimes simple is much - simple shouts beauty and this is the main purpose of this series!
I am paying homage to simplicity that shouts character and beauty.
